Alter™ Exclusive provides: • Music distribution to 80+ streaming platforms • Promotional support and playlist pitching • Publishing administration services • Analytics and reporting dashboard • Customer support and account management We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use our services, you must: • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent • Have the legal right to distribute the music you submit • Own or have permission to use all content you upload • Provide accurate and complete information • Not be prohibited from using our services by law False information may result in immediate account termination.
You retain all ownership rights to your music and content. By using our services, you grant Alter™ Exclusive: • A non-exclusive license to distribute your content • The right to use your artist name and likeness for promotional purposes • Permission to collect and distribute royalties on your behalf • The ability to store and process your content You represent and warrant that: • You own all rights to the content you submit • Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights • You have all necessary permissions and licenses • Your content complies with all applicable laws
You may not: • Upload content you don't have rights to distribute • Artificially inflate streaming numbers or engagement • Use our services for illegal purposes • Harass, abuse, or harm others • Attempt to circumvent security measures • Share your account credentials with others • Submit false copyright claims Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, legal action, and reporting to appropriate authorities.
Payment terms: • Royalties are calculated based on platform earnings • Payments are processed monthly • Minimum payout threshold: $50 • Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal • You are responsible for any applicable taxes We reserve the right to withhold payments if: • We suspect fraudulent activity • There are unresolved copyright claims • Your account is under investigation • Required tax information is not provided
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if: • You violate these Terms of Service • You engage in fraudulent activity • Your content receives multiple copyright claims • You fail to pay required fees • We are required to do so by law Upon termination: • Your music will be removed from platforms within 2-3 business days • You will receive any outstanding payments above the minimum threshold • You will lose access to your dashboard and analytics • This agreement will continue to govern any disputes
Alter™ Exclusive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: • Loss of revenue or earnings • Delays in content distribution • Platform removal of your content • Data loss or security breaches • Third-party actions or omissions • Force majeure events Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. You agree to indemnify and hold Alter™ Exclusive harmless from any claims arising from: • Your use of our services • Your content and its distribution • Your violation of these terms • Your violation of any third-party rights
